There are many different facial massage techniques and movements. You can use globes, stones, rollers, or just your hands to do these facial massage movements. This video will show you how!
Simple Facial Massage Techniques
Massage Movement #1: Using your pointer and middle fingers, apply medium pressure and “sweep” across the forehead from temple to temple. Repeat at least 3x
Massage Movement #2: Using your pointer fingers, draw a “C” shape. Take this movement across the forehead from temple to temple.
Massage Movement #3: Spread your first 2 fingers apart, about the width of your eyebrow. Place one finger above and one finger right below the brow bone. Apply steady pressure the length of the eyebrow, to the temple.
Massage Movement #4: Using 3 fingers, start at your chin, and sweep up the jawline. Always pushing “up” toward the ear.
Massage Movement #4: Spread your first two fingers around your chin (one on top, one on bottom) using steady pressure, pull up toward the ear.
Massage Movement #5: Starting at your brows (like in movement 3) and using steady pressure, take your fingers the length of the eyebrows. Pause at temples and apply pressure. Take your hands down your cheeks, to the chin, and back up over the mouth and nose. Pausing again at the beginning of the brow bone. Repeat.
